still stuck on level 2, got all the flags names which spell out the word

but when i google that word with dragon and heavenly dont get anything that helps tried beijing and a few others none work

I dont have photoshop either, I tried some other photo studio - i though maybe you had to you a special effect to make it visible but I didn?t find anything...hmph. Keep trying!

wow impressive amount of misspelling for a first post - i promise I can spell and write in coherent sentences...honest!

Any image manipulation program should do it, I didn't use photoshop, I used psp

Okay, I have tried switching between different layers (there aren?t any), changing hue, saturation, colouring, background colour, zooming in, black and white, negative, most effects including outline, watercolour (--> doodling?) and a lot more. Nothing worked. Any hints would be greatly appreciated

I'm stuck on the second part of 3, I've deciphered the numbers but not sure what to do with the 4 letters at the end. Any hints?
