Okay, I was fine until twelve. I got what to do from the hints on the page and the hints here assured me of that, but now I'm just stuck. I have a feeling that maybe it's not the same with Vista (how extensions are handled), or that it might be another issue. I don't know, just that after a few days I decided to try again, but still no luck.
I never have problems with puzzles like these so that's why I think it might be a technical problem. ¦P
That or I'm just way over-thinking it.

Edit: I googled the name that was on the un/pw screen and came up with

Tapped it into the un/pw but it doesnt work. But,Im thinking, it must be somthing to do do with that film but I cant think what. Any ideas?
