Im at level 43 (ish)

I somehow went straight from level 41 to being hit on the head to level 43ish Coords. there was no level 42. It is a black screen with text saying to figure something out. Ive looked at the source code and i am drawing a huge blank, even looked at the posts on the forum. the heading looks the same as other pages...

please help
