I am stuck on several levels.

Level 48 (lamia, prev. temp end Miskatonic) with the cards

I know the game, and I found a whole wiki directed to it, and I thought that the numbers on the card would be the clue, but I can't make it out. I read a bit about G****** O********** and M*** of G******, but I feel very confused what it wants from me.
I neither can't answer the BTW quetsion in the source

Level 48 (triss merigold) white trees and black background.

I found the correct pictures (thanks dr.qwert! Tried that before but in a more complicated way).
But whatever I try, I can't find the solution

Level 50 (yeesha) with the map

Thanks to the clues I know what "area" it should be, but I can't find that particular part on any map.

Level 49 (ey'lindi) with the math on the wall - that I am not allowed to call level 100

I got one egg page, that told me I had to think completely different, but I fail to see some other logic. I focused on the given math only, and I thought that maybe the panel on the wall should help me with it. But both attempts lead to nothing.

Foget the source code basicly what you need from it it's the name of the picture that gives you the help and nothing more if you still struggling give me a PM and delete some of your older ones so I can send a reply as well

You need to answer the question in the title. If you found out the game wiki, then the same wiki can be used to answer it.
The BTW question is a bonus; you can solve it by studying the cards, there is a benefit, but I don't know how to use it yet.

Arrgh, that was actually so easy. I just was too much focused

on the numbers on the cards, which seems to be different from the originals ones.

I also found the reward, and I do know where to use it, but I also don't know how to use it yet.
