I had so much fun and was tipsy a little like this.
I heard over 230,000 people came to the fest for 2 days. Not everyone drank sake, but I bet 2/3 did. I saw some slept in the hedge, or on the bench. There were shows and parades and places to eat on the street... If you have chance to visit that fest, you would really enjoy it
