@ Bread...Ah...okay. Well, you just keep enjoying being an "obsessive geek."(J/K)
@ Adventure....Brothers Grimm'sfairy tales are actually not exactly for kids, either. So, I understand where you are coming from. I am with you in thinking that it's just rubbish to make him choose and that there is not a market for it.
But that is just this cat's thoughts/opinions.
And I had given Mistery Excedrin and carrots, of course!I have just had the Excedrin, and I know that will work.
Good medicine.
@ Hyper....Thanks!! *watches in horror as Hyper starts defending himself against the zombies. Flies the jetpack back near the ground and tosses the zombies zombie food to distract them. (whatever zombie food is.)*
@ Charmed....I have heard of C.S. Lewis...I know he is famous. What is something popular he has written? And I really enjoy Tolkein's Lord of the Rings Trilogy, though I haven't read all the books.
@ All....any idea how to get a neighbor to turn down their horribly annoying BLUES music they're blaring in their back yard?(It's not past the "quiet" time hour.
)
EDIT: Rescues Hyper's body, and resurects him. Flies him to Fox Island, and drops him off at his den. Goodnight, Hyper!!

@Charmed.. Thanks.I will tell my hubby to check those writers out.
And yes Tolkien is one of the most famous examples of fantasy writes, we have the trilogy aswell the hobit. But to be honest that is just one of the fantasy writers we both don't really like. I have read the hobit and the fellowship of the rings but half way of the second book a was so bored of all the blablabla that I gave it up. I really was curious how it would end but after being bored for more then 150 pages I just gave up. I think I am one of the rare people that don't really like Tolkien.
@Escape, yeah you know what I am talking about again amiga. That was just what I meant.
I was kinda an addict of fairy tales for a long time and have a huge collection of them of all kinds from all around the world.
And in general for the loud music just play your own music in the same volume (or harderJK). But since you have a headache just use earplugs.
Also you just can ask them if they want to put it off, but most of the times you just get the opposite reaction.
Excedrin and carrots...noted it down.
@Hyper, goodnight.I will follow your example in some minutes.
Edit: I think that is really a good idea, because I am getter slower with the minute and make more edits then I should.Faily of Kzin

@ Charmed...Oh!!That explains why I have heard his name!
Hehe....Ya...I'd say it rings a belll.
Disco music...*goes to check* Nope, don't own any. I'll just get in my car, park it outside, roll the windows down and blast my music.
@ Adventure...Of course I know what you meant. We are amigas!
And see above for what I will do soon if he doesn't turn it down.Hehe..I will go watch a movie soon, and his music is SO loud it disturbs me!

Blues should not be played loud. People playing loud music are usually in a good mood. Blues are for people in depressed moods. Sounds to me like they have conflicting emotions. Tell them to get therapy.
Oh, i forgot, everybody in Calif. already gets therapy!!!ONLINE SISTER TO LILLI AND MURPHWITHCHILDRENHEARTOFTHEDARK, MITTY,JCATZL101and the twinsJENNI & ELECTROGIRL

@Escape, what you you mean..you are going to blast some disco music?
And yes of course you are my amiga. But in this case I don't understand you.. I think.
Must be the tiredness.
uhmm so the earplugs is not a good idea, but maybe a headphone then.
Pretty sure you don't call it a headphone what I had in mind.Edit: maybe just headset?
OMB I really don't know it.
@Charmed, Lol, well the same counts for here in the Netherlands.Faily of Kzin

If my neighbor blasted country music, I would definatly have to think about gathering rocks to throw at him!!ONLINE SISTER TO LILLI AND MURPHWITHCHILDRENHEARTOFTHEDARK, MITTY,JCATZL101and the twinsJENNI & ELECTROGIRL

@ Adventure...Yay!! Vonfusion!!I love it!
I just meant that I would go sit in my car and blare my music (alternative rock) outside his house if he didn't turn it down.
(Just kidding...I won't do that.
) But, the good thing is, he has - for the moment - turned it down.
Maybe someone else went and talked to him.
Who knows.
Earplugs are a good idea - if they worked for me.I have a VERY good sense of hearing, and unfortunately I can still hear very, very well with them. So I would continue to hear the neighbor with the confused emotions like Charmed said.
Headphones are good....but with the way my house is set up, using them to watch t.v.would be difficult unless I sat on the floor right in front of the t.v.
@ Charmed....AGREED!!!I'd help!!
