Pink is not my color!!! I did do orange one time. About 3 years ago I decided to highlite my hair (to cover the gray coming through) and my hair turned orange. It was pretty funny. And btw I have given up on dating. Unless George Clooney comes knocking on my door!
Orange hair!! That seems to be the looney bin hair color! Freakshow colored his hair orange for something recently - on purpose, though.
I can understand about giving up on the dating thing. But if you change your mind....maybe skip the orange hair thing. Though, even though George Clooney is not my age....I can agree with ya!!
You goin clubing tonight? The clubs in Frisco must be awesome. I've been to southern CA (my sister lives there) but never north. I have a step-daughter who live in Oregon and she flies down to Frisco whenever she can. She loves it.
Ya, San Francisco is a lot of fun!! But I don't go there too often. I live a bit north of there. We may go to a club or bar here locally. I have been a couple times to the ones in San Francisco. They are awesome. A lot of fun. The one I went to had five different large rooms with different music in each room. Drinks were very expensive and the cover charge was $25. But it was very worth it. A lot of fun.
I have been to San Diego - LOVE IT there!! It's the best! I have never been to L.A. though. Northern California is nice...quite a bit colder than southern California, though. People seem to be more relaxed, too. Must be all the therapy!
L.A. is a nice place to visit...Not like NYC. That is the best city on earth. Of course the clubs there have a big cover but they are open all night. And after about 2 am all the celebs start coming out. It's just a fantastic place to be. Have you ever been to NY?
Nope....I want to go to New York very, very badly. I'd love it!! My friend just flew out there for a week recently. Said she had a blast! There are so many places I want to travel. I swear, I need to win the lottery. Why do you say NYC isn't a good place to visit? (I have heard NYC isn't very friendly, but the two friends of mine who have traveled there, said it is friendly...)
I didn't mean NY isn't good to visit. I meant L.A. is only good for visiting. I would live in NYC if I could afford it. The people are not like the ones in a small town. You can't just say hi to anybody on the street. But for the most part they are not unfriendly. Of course there are the bad sections of the city but it is not at all like it is portrayed on tv. You really can walk through Times Square late at night and not get mugged. There are homeless people but they don't bother anyone and the drug dealers and gangs stay in their own area. It is a place you have to spend alot of time in to see the whole thing. Kind of like Disneyland!
Ahh....Okay. Ya..I have a friend who just moved to LA to go to UCLA. She told me I should go visit her. I might do that. Southwest Airlines has good pricing for California flights. She said living there isn't the best because of all the smog. (We don't have that problem in Northern California, especially the area I live in. YAY)
I have always wanted to see Times Square, and Central Park! That's good to know about not getting mugged - not that I would probably walk around late at night alone. We have those same things in my town/city. Sometimes the homeless people can be dangerous or scary, but normally they leave ya alone. And the bad area of town with the gangs, I just stay out of. Not good over there. But I think that's in every city.
I am a half time student at my University, and I have decided I am going to save money so I can travel when I graduate (I'm a senior) as a reward for LITERALLY years of hard work to get my degree. But I think I will try to travel abroad...instead of here in the States.
Well, dear Charmed...I really should get going, or I will be late. I hope you have a wonderful night, and that George Clooney comes knocking at your door someday soon. It was great chatting with you again! Huuuuuuuuuuuge, warm to you!! Goodnight!!
