can I ask your guys a question? If someone is calling you saying that this other girl wants you to come out there to their house right now- but I know that she wants me to come out there so she can fight me, i'm not this type of person-I think this is sad what she is doing- does it make me a chicken for not going or smarter for not going or what?

well if they want to fight you and you dont go your smart to stay out of trouble

also if you dont go and everyone makes fun of you who cares just know that you did the right thing by staying away

if they just want to talk and stuff then go right ahead but if they start doing something wrong turn around and walk away

Psh, I wouldn't worry about her. Especially if she can't even confront you herself... If she threatened you on public property, I might consider fighting, but you going to her house to fight gives her the upper hand (as far as the law is concerned--you came on her property, she could say it was in self-defence, etc.)

If she continues to bother you, you might consider either a)telling her to meet you in public to settle the score or b)getting a restraining order.

EDIT: Also (just checked your age in your profile), since you're an adult, there could be bigger legal consequences than if it was a silly highschool fight--aggravated assault charges, etc, if she's setting you up, could lead to jail time.

Of course, I'm only speculating and cannot back up my claims with legal proof--just some things you might want to consider.

this girl, I don't want to talk bad about people but she is nuts, really, she stood on a girls neck and jumped on her head with her other foot, so yeah.

it's not at her house its at one of my friends house the things is if I go out there and do this it could cost my friend her home!

the funny thing to this is she can never say anything to my face, she lives across the street from my friend and she has had plenty of chances to come over and do something but chooses not to.

I agree with Heart and Crimson, not going there is the smarter decision. Especially if she is as aggressive as you have described her.
