I have

balloon, knife, 1 key and pearmain. I'm missing 1 egg. I gave the really tall guy one medalion (from fish) but he didn't gave me anything...

I'm completely stuck!!

I love these games too!

You need to go

to the aquaduct, before you go through the door you can see a wall-hanging on the left, click on the medallion and he yawns, then quickly drop the pearmain in his mouth, this should give you one more medallion, give this also to the giant
