Played it again and finished with 31 coins and - thanks to Jeral - NO keys left. Turns out you can use your items for different purposes. The first time I gave

the arsenic to the aristocrat in the bed and he died, so I didn't get the 10 extra coins from when you give him the painkiller

My own fault, I just felt sorry for him and thought he was dying anyway, so might as well speed things up for him, obviously I was wrong

Edit: repalyed and got 39, would have made it to 40 but wasn't quick enough to

get the one next to the figure sitting on the wall when you rise in your balloon

All I see in the museum is

the entrance with the ticket window and souvenirs window; the zoomed ticket screen, the zoomed souvenirs screen. Inside the museum I see a ward and a door
