Nope, nothing happens when you try to put arsenic on the chalk. I even tried to give it to the poor tenament guy, no luck.

Well, I am not sure if it were cats but I meant the two creatures in the sewer pipe and the one in the fisherman alley by the giant with the cigarette.

And yes the first time I played I tried to give it to the guy tenement house too.

Thanks again, Adventure. In my obsession, I actually found that site and do you know that even with that I STILL couldn't find them all? My best was 36, which would have been 38 had I not bought the poison.

I'm convinced there's a way to get them out of the sewers and also those look like coins in the bottom of the sconce-like things outside the pharmacist's window.

Maybe there's a very well-hidden hook/string combo to be found?

Oh well, maybe I'll try again another day. I will say in addition to being just very cool games, the replay value is big too.

If so,

give it to the guard of the city gates, then you'll obtain his keys

If I remember correctly, you'll need to go straight forward to find that picture - but not sure anymore. The door opens as soon as you have found and placed all eggs

Go to Fog Haven onto the bridge, give worm to guy who is fishing, then click him. When he first gets the "monster fish", use knife to cut it off, click the guy again. Get the fish. Use knife on fish in your inventory
