Look up the text, and find the location.

Chamber 92 (1st part)

This is driving me nuts! Decoded the source clue, read past hints, still not getting

why the last word I decoded could be wrong!? The only word that worked for me sent me to Chamber 99!

Remember from where those characters on the image come - it's another word for the same position in that country.
If you have decoded the source clue, you should know who it's all about - you need to enter his position/rank.

Need help with 97 second page:

I decoded and I know I'm supposed to c***t out each c***r to get a number to apply to the a******t but seeing how each c***r ends falling on the letter "e" with the exception of the first color, I am not getting a word. Am I even going about this correctly?

OK, can't believe I'm this close and am stumped!

I have gone to the 2nd page saw the strange thing and I know I'm supposed to apply it to the stone. So, question #1, is the stone in Latin? Because I can't translate it. And I printed out both the strange thing and the stone and put the strange image on top of the stone image and still have no idea what I'm supposed to be seeing! Please help with bigger hints than I have already read...I need to finish this before the weekend...my house is in shambles due to my neglect! ( :
