I used the website given for the polibio square & although it didn't read correctly it was enough to give me the answer & get to the next level so it might be worth another try.

Can you give me another hint to your answer, because when i wrote down the letters for each of the numbers in the code, i still couldn't make any sense of the line of letters i came up with. T-h-a-r-l-i-m-a-q-n-f-t-h-a/n/d-v-a/n/d-m-i-c-a/n/d-f-a/n/d-r-y

If you make your square with a at position 1/1 with i/j at position 2/4 (reading row across then column down) you get a garbled mess(well I did!)but from this was able to make out where to go next.

I found an enigma decoder but I have no idea how to work with it. do you need to do something special with the setup of the machine? any hints?

In the email on paper trail it says "your payment will be squared upon collecting the painting at the location below" I think squared has something to do with how you decode the numbers but cannot figure out how. Any ideas?

to decode something with an enigma decoder you need all of the information to setup the machine. it's also said in the note "don't forget your key". but I have no idea what to do. I can only think of the number 5281 that was in the note in a previous level, but can't seem to do anything with it.
i'm stuck...

i did what it said but it still comes out wrong!! that's for Back on Board, right? when i do it, it says brtngphinain....and it keeps going but it looks wrong so how do you do it???

You have three rotors (or wheels) on the machine. Set them to build the word "key". Then put in the message and decode it. That's what I did and it worked fine.
