i'm having problems with this level. I think the answer is another country or something, because the terrosist would be at a location in 12 hours, and the guy took a gondola to the ferry terminal with a lot of "fake" money with him. but I can't find any clues.

does someone have a hint or something?

i tried adding the double digits so it gave me 389 but that didn't work

you need three numbers, but "It is an old-fashioned device with a dial listting numbers from 0 to 60.", so...

Just type the numbers you have - no further calculation needed.
